DjBoNniek is a respected DJ and producer whose sound is rooted in South African house music, drawing from his upbringing in the township of Diepkloof/Soweto, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Born in East London, his passion for house music began at the age of 14, inspired by local legends such as Iggy Smalls, DJ China, and the House Africa series. Following an introduction to the genre by a friend in 2003, BoNniek began his career spinning vinyls at local street bashes and chillas sessions.

His career took a pivotal turn in 2005 when he was introduced to production by Diepkloof's respected producer, Amukelani Man-Usku. Four years later, in 2009, he gained international recognition after his skill in house music production was discovered by the French-based imprint Expanded Records.

DjBoNniek's first official release, the ‘DjBoNniek Muzik EP’, was launched by Expanded Records and featured entirely original material. Today, he operates from his production studio in Diepkloof/Soweto, consistently producing and releasing music for a roster of international record labels, including Expanded Records, Perception Music, Diemond House Records, and more.

Mongz is an emerging house music producer who was born in Soweto and raised in the Diepkloof township of Johannesburg, Gauteng.

His passion for music began at the age of 12, captivated by the sounds of Neo-Soul and House music, drawing inspiration from industry figures such as Dj Christos, Tim White, and Dennis Ferrer.

In 2006, Mongz was introduced to the local house music scene. He started his career as a DJ using a PC setup (Virtual DJ) for small family gatherings. By age 14 in 2009, he began teaching himself production using Fruity Loops before advancing to professional software like Cubase and Reason.

A pivotal moment came in 2014 when he partnered with Bonnie, a house producer and DJ also from Diepkloof. The two currently collaborate and release music together under the Bonniek Music banner.
