Lifetime Achievement Award is a home recording project by Jay Joslyn from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

LTAA started out as a solo project by Joslyn, but after realeasing the debut Today Hard, Tomorrow Hard, Alex Shah (bass, backing vocals) and Grant Postier (drums) were enlisted into the band as Joslyn wanted to share and perform his music.
