There are two artists of this name

1) A Tokyo based Power Pop band active between 1996 and 2003. Led by the song writing duo of Mike Yewman and Chris Gallacher they were a staple of the Tokyo live scene for years, producing two albums "Velocity Boy" (1998) and "Love and Hate" (2003)

The group formed from the ashes of jam band "Mojo Hand" and took their name in tribute to the classic Primal Scream track "Velocity Girl" and the recently disbanded underground band "Tokyo Speed Boyz"
