The Guilty Parties are a group of musicians from Riverside and Orange County California. They have been playing shows since the start of 2003; first locally, then growing the become a regional act in the Southwest United States. GP has worked hard to steadily grow as artists, and with this musical growth a growth of popularity within the Southern California Ska scene soon followed.

The band called is quits in 2009 after personal issues arose within the ranks of the band during the recording of their highly anticipated followup to their 2005 debut "You're Out of the Band." The Guilty Parties left behind a mostly finished EP with the best material that will likely never see the light of day. The band reunited for one night in 2010 for a farewell show at the Glasshouse in Pomona, Ca saying goodbye to hundreds of fans the only way they knew how--by putting on an exciting and fun final performance.
