Eghe Nimose whose full name is Eghosa Kelvins Aghayedo, is a Nigerian recording artist, singer, rapper and music producer. His uniqueness is his blend of the rumba Congolaise sound with rap. He began music at an early age by playing the guitar and piano for local highlife musicians in his neighborhood of Uppers Sokponba in his home town of Benin.
His influence with the Congolese rumba music is surprising because he has never been to the DRC yet, but has crafted the genre so well many think he is from Congo. Though he sings mainly in his local dialect of Bini, instead of the Congolese Lingala, his sonorous voice that serenades his rumba music gives this a perfect blend, with similarities to Heritier Wata, Fally Ipupa and Ferre Gola.

After several releases of dancehall, afrobeats and reggae, Eghe surprisingly switch to gospel rumba and ndombolo music with his release "Honour" where he pledged in the lyrics to only sing about Jesus Christ.
