"Off Jazz" will be on the record box into which the recordings of the band from Hamburg will be sorted, the Hammond B3 organ will be a normal instrument again, trio jazz will be played again in the charts and of course only danced to live bands in the clubs.

This is how The Drawbars imagine their future – make legendary records, travel the world and write music history! Anyone who now thinks that the gentlemen have been wrong in the decade and are otherwise not quite at comfort, may count himself among the unromantic realists who prefer to prepare the tax return than break into the outdoor pool. Others are just happy about the funny guys with the old organ and their songs about cats, cheaters and crispy frogs.

Here old funk meets soulful jazz, it is improvised, it is dared and tried out, psychedelic elements waft, grooves groove, a crazy trip backwards into the future, political statement, soundtrack for mental cinema, treasure map and declaration of love in one: The Drawbars play "Off Jazz"!
