DJ Cadet began spinning at Nell's in NYC in the early 90's. As his fan base grew, he branched out of the local NYC scene, where he played regularly at 13, Palladium, The World, Limelight, and many others, and began spinning worldwide at venues like Bataclan in Paris and Love Zoo in Switzerland, Yellow in Japan, as well as various clubs in Iceland and Spain. In 2006, he continues to work in top NYC clubs such as PM, BED, and others. Beyond regular club work, DJ Cadet plays exclusive parties, record releases, music conferences & events. (See Clients.) DJ Cadet has had various releases under independent labels such as Keysound Music (Bob Marley "remix Redemption song") Spin Taht Music (Got me Going"), Kult Records (“Badge 251”) ("Voodoo Samba"), Eight Ball Records (“Bang the Bush”) and Freeze Records (“The Joint”), as well as CDs under his own Sony distributed label, with Scott S. of C&S records and Roland Richards Love Zoo/Topaz Records. His talents have also led him to working with many of the top name acts in the music industry, including: Dr. Dre, Kool and the Gang, Method Man, Crystal Waters, Queen Latifah, KRS One, Buster Poindexter, Salt ‘N' Pepa, and Billy Porter. He continues to produce and record with established and up-and-coming artists.

DJ Cadet's talents aren't limited to recording, producing and spinning. Through Tedac Unlimited Media, his marketing and production skills are used for diverse projects ranging from TV, film and radio development to talent booking and music publishing, to product placement and marketing.

His most recent co-venture is in club/lounge promotion nightlife scene in NYC with 212 Global Group/Tedac Unlimited Media LLC. Working with multile event promoter groups combines Cadet's innate business sense, through marketing and promotion of flourishing clubs, and his renowned reputation as a DJ by exposing world music to a hip and ambitious audience.
