Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Faun Flora began her songwriting career as a closeted teen mulling over her piano in her high school years. Her style, with hints of classic influences such as Elton John and The Beatles, eventually blended into soul-freeing and dream-chasing atmospheres that captures her listeners’ internal truth. Her debut EP, “In A Daze, By My Lonesome” (2020), introduced a new era of livelier rhythms and more candid subjects. The EP’s most popular hit, “Drive”, a bursting love story, achieved significant attention and scored spots on national radio stations. Imagery and mood have always been the forefront of what Faun Flora’s music embodies. Her 2021 single, “See You At The Funeral”, offers throat-clutching thought of life and death, yet reveals the beauty of it all through the art of the unspoken.
