Torvikopla is a big band with an expanded line-up, among the traditional big band instruments (trumpets, trombones, saxophones, piano, guitar, bass, drums & percussion) also clarinets and flutes are included. Torvikopla first started as a wind band but has since developed in to a big band of its personal nature. Nowadays Torvikopla's repertoire consists of a wide range of big band and entertainment music, including jazz, swing, funk, latin, some big band arrangements of pop hits, and modern finnish big band music.
