Scamper is a Boston-based power-pop / rock band, formed in 2001 by upstate NY transplants and singer-songwriter-guitarists Keith Michel and Nate Rogers. Their pop sensibilities propelled them to the finals of the 2006 WBCN Rock & Roll Rumble, furthering their bid to win over New England with rock and roll.

With the February 2, 2008 concert "Scamper's Last Waltz," another Boston rock institution laid its head down to rest. But have no fear, at least one of the Scamper folk is headed off to a new venue:
