Suffering You, Suffering Me Lyrics

So I saw you turn from me the other night
Right there I knew that I was losing you
And so I clenched my fist so tight, I couldn't see
Right there I knew that I was losing me

And oh, I know
That time will wash away all our suffering
Suffering you
Suffering me
You came to me in truth
But as a LIE I leave

You say oh, we could leave to feel mine
And how I felt so sick the whole time
And I was so sure that I was special and you'd be kind
And now I see you, watch others go by

And oh, I know
That time will wash away all our suffering
Suffering you
Suffering me
You came to me in truth,
But as a LIE I leave

And all the things you said
That you never mean
How could you be so cruel?!
You're still beautiful to me

And in a year from now I wonder if I'll find
The thoughts of you will pass me by
Forever stay I'll be needing this feeling of us feeling better
Do I find something new?!
Oh, keep suffering you, suffering me

Suffering you
Suffering me
You came to me in truth
But as a LIE I leave
And all the things you've said
That you never mean
How could you be so cruel?!
You're so beautiful to me!
