In the late 2000s, Adams became known for his live guitar work with singer-songwriter Brandon Tyler. Originally from Lodi, CA—the town famously immortalized by John Fogerty in the Creedence Clearwater Revival classic—spent most of his early music career in the San Francisco Bay Area.

After relocating to Las Vegas, NV—Adams joined the electro synth-pop band Rabid Young, followed by American rock band O Wildly. Together with songwriting partner Jesse Pino, Adams recorded with producer David Hopkins at Nashville's Battle Tapes Studio, working with Grammy-winning engineer Jeremy Ferguson.
