Polly Moller is a composer, performer, improviser, curator, and writer based in Oakland, California, USA, and a member of a band of composers called Reconnaissance Fly (and the related Cardiacs tribute band, ReCardiacs Fly). She is a member of the Outsound Presents Board of Directors, and a Sequenza21 contributing editor.
