Richard Neal was a Dutch folk-rock artist and singer-songwriter (real name: Frans Bronzwaer), who recorded several songs between 1971 and 1981, but who only released one single and no albums. His music was recently rediscovered by Dutch music journalist Leo Blokhuis, and in 2009 a compilation album was released called 'Song on the Shelf'.
