Best known as newscaster ‘Rod Remington’ on FOX TV’s “Glee,” Bill A. Jones has a varied career as an actor, singer, and nationally heard broadcast personality.
In addition to "Glee," Bill has also been seen on TV shows such as, “The King Of Queens,” “Everybody Hates Chris," "Las Vegas,” & “Drew Carey.” In film, Bill co-starred with Al Pacino in "S1m0ne," and starred in the acclaimed short, "The Morning Guy."
As a Singer, Bill gives audiences a fresh interpretation of the great Standards, originally made famous by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin, Harry Connick, Jr., Michael Buble and others. Past singing credits include touring with the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and he regularly works with 17 piece Big Bands throughout Southern California.
For years, Bill was heard as an air personality over radio stations in the L.A. market, as well as nationwide via Dial Global Satellite Network. As a Voice Over performer, in addition to countless commercials, movie trailers and industrials, he’s been the ‘voice’ of The Fox Movie Channel, and of American Airlines’ in-flight audio program “Timeless Tracks.” As an in demand Emcee and on camera Host, Bill's work has ranged from hosting The Lumen Awards for best lighting design, to The Razzie Awards for the worst films of the year.
A native of Nashville Tennessee, Bill and his family make their home in the Los Angeles area.
