Sparrow-Folk are the only band in the niche music genre, glam-folk. They are Canberra based comedy/folk duo, Fox (Catherine Crowley) and Lark (Juliet Moody).

In Aug 2013, they won the ABC Exhumed competition for the ACT. They have been featured at various festivals and events around Canberra. They are currently recording their first EP which will be released in Jan 2014. They are regulars on 666 ABC Canberra, as the house band for Adam Shirley's Drive program.

Next year they will be taking their nest on the road, including a season at Adelaide Fringe festival.
