In Motive is an American metalcore band consisting of Dave Escamilla (vocals), Lee McKinney (guitar), Nick Rossi (guitar) and Conor White (drums). In 2019, Escamilla replaced original vocalist Devin Barrus.

The members are, or were, all a part of other bands in the scene: David Escamilla formerly of Crown The Empire, Lee McKinney and Nick Rossi are both in Born of Osiris and Conor White was in City in the Sea.
