is a sicilian self-taught musician & composer/arranger, sound engineer & producer. He always recorded his music, experimenting the possibilities of home & studio creative recording. Through his fake net label Noja Recordings, sometimes with the help of italian indipendent labels as 42 records & Bloody Sound Fucktory, he released his recordings, acclaimed by underground music critics. Founder member of Suzanne'Silver, Tempestine, Les Dix-Huit Secondes, La Petroliera and also guest member of Albanopower, La Moncada, Tellaro; artistic producer of UK band Loners & italian songwriter monsieurvoltaire.
In later years Barbagallo is working in the electro-acoustic music field: in august 2012 he started the blog nojarecordings.tumblr.com as a virtual space to collect his experimental electro-acoustic works; in May 2012 his work “Studio su Schaeffer No.1” was selected to appear as part of ICMC2012 Music Program; in February 2013 he is one of the six founder members of the electroacustic music collective group based in Torino, CoMET (Collettivo di Musica Elettroacustica di Torino); in June 2013 he win with the piece "TarkHaikus" Milano based cultural center San Fedeleʼs PRIZE PHONOLOGIA for electronic music young composer, the piece was performed at Venice Biennale's Contemporary Music Festival in October 2013. In July 2013 he performed his work “NargSlig” at PNDA 2013, Electronic Music & New Technologies Contest in Avellino and in October “A1” was performed at Emufest, International Electroacoustic Music Festival in Rome.
