Singer/Songwriter, who over the past 10 years have been crossing borders in western and eastern music. Moving to Iran in early 2003 he stayed and lived there until 2007. In those years he got to know and work with some of Iran's finest musicians in the contemporary music tradition, a friendship and collaboration that remains unchanged to date.

The album " 'Twas the grape" is the result of a long time project that Henrik started back in 2004 when he lived and worked in Iran. He was looking around trying to figure out the Tehran music scene, what was and what wasn't. Coming from a musical background of blues and country he was excited to start looking for musicians who would share his willingness to cross musical borders. And he found the best ones possible.
