SOFT SCENT is the fusion of three musical personalities; a project from the Marche Italy region born in the summer of 2023 with a post punk and darkwave scent, formed by Anna [MissLucifer] (vocals, synths), Enrico (drums, electronic drums, percussion), Sara (bass and backing vocals).
Their first single "The Howl" was released in November 2023, followed by "No Wounds" in January 2024.
Their debut album, released on September 9, 2024, is a sonic journey between nightmares, loneliness, rebirths and passions, in a dark wave, post punk and synth wave key.
The 7-track album, mixed and mastered at the Distilleria Produzioni in Sarcedo (VI) by Maurizio “Icio” Baggio, former sound engineer for Boy Harsher, The Soft Moon, Holygram, Panther Modern, Korine, Nuovo Testamento, Sextile and many others , will be distributed in CD by polish label "Batcave Production" and in 12" Vinyl by the french "Manic Depression Records".
The third single is "Chimera", the track which gives the name to the album, released with a videoclip in mid September.
