Mikhail Tank (Russian: Михаил Танк), born December 30, 1978, is a Russian-American writer, recording and performance artist and film director. Tank is best known for creating the first ticketed virtual show, directing a publicized Stephen King dollar baby film and for becoming a Guinness World Records™ record holder.

Tank was born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), Russia. In 1997, he released the music single "Aggressor," winning KFOG Radio's 'Battle of the Bands' vs. Todd Rundgren. In 2001, Mikhail graduated from UC Davis after premiering a solo one man show "Darksoul™" and starring as Dionysus in Bill T. Jones' production of "The Bacchae."

In 2003, Tank moved to Los Angeles and in 2004, co-starred on the hit ABC television show, "Alias," opposite Isabella Rossellini. In 2005, his film "Disturb Things" premiered at the Anchorage International Film Festival and in 2006, another film Tank directed "Believe, Smile and Love" premiered on JLTV.

In 2009, Tank became the first artist to premiere a live ticketed one man show via the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. That same year, he directed a Stephen King dollar baby film, "My Pretty Pony", which premiered at the Oldenburg International Film Festival in Germany.

In 2010, he released a worldwide music single with a 44-word title, becoming a Guinness World Records™ record holder for 'The Longest Title of a Music Single' (a category that is now rested).
