Marc Scheeren and Tim Oelers are responsible for the power of Catatonic Overload (Co2). These two guys from the South of Holland have created this new project name for their raw and energetic hardstyle sounds. With their current two releases at Theracords they have proven to be raw, hard and diverse with their hardstyle.
With their first release on Theracords “Heavyweight” they have immediately scored a global hardstyle hit with the track “The Sexual Thrill” which was played at the events Ground Zero, Dominator and Pleasure Island. Their seconde release ‘Paralyzed’ was also supported by many great DJ’s, such as Dj Thera, Geck-O, Anagenetic, Crypsis, The DizZorder ft. R-Tillary, and many more… With their remix of Illusions (The DizZorder ft. R-Tillary – Vampires Dream EP) they yet again have proven to be amongst the rawest DJ’s at the moment.

Currently they are working on 2 new solo releases. Their new track ‘Peace of Mind’ is top notch rawness. The second track ‘Futile’ has a great energetic vibe and awesome vocals and the last track ‘Attitude’ takes you back in time. Furthermore their collab with musical mastermind Geck-O, which has got the friendly title ’Rotten From The Inside’, will be released on the Theracords collaboration EP part II.
In their dj sets Co2 is known for their great build up from the early to the rawest sounds of hardstyle. Check out a Catatonic Overload dj set at the media section.
