Project was formed in 1998 and was named 'Squid Project'. The founder of project is Igor O. Vlasov (Moscow electronic music producer and live PA). The main direction of 'Squid Project' is writing and contributing some sound and unique ideas to world deep house and dub music.

After recording first deep house tracks and later releasing first album named 'The Quiet Dance', 'Squid Project' was perfect played first lives at radio station 'Station' 106,8 FM of Moscow (The first electronic music radio station in Moscow/Russian Federation). After several time (in 2003) 'Squid Project' was renamed to 'S.P.C.'.

The founder of project is Igor O. Vlasov - Moscow based producer from Datasocket Recordings. S.P.C. oriented in various genres of electronic music, but preferred to dubby, chill and deep sides, ambient, deep, dubby and abstract house sounds. Some tracks of S.P.C. Have and Jazzy shades.
