Sonny Jim are the remnants of Bold As Love, a 4 piece guitar based combo from Bridgend, South Wales. 2011 saw Bold As Love reunite after 14 years apart to record and release an awesome comeback album. Fast Forward Rewind was released on both iTunes & Spotify in December 2011 and sounds fantastic.

Despite encouraging sales, Bold As Love’s bass player decided to leave the party, pursuing new pastures in February 2012.Remaining band members, Robbie/drums, Jay/vocals & Lloyd/guitars considered the options and quickly agreed unanimously that ‘calling it a day’ was not an option. So, out of Bold As Love’s ashes, Sonny Jim was born. Without losing any momentum, Sonny Jim hit the studio and recorded a new EP, capturing a raw and heavier sound. Read more on Last.fm.
