Vinz made his first songs in 1998, inspired by pre-WWII blues, detached art rock and industrial ambiences. The songs appeared on several compilations (Blokhiton, Chelonia Mydas, Boyz Revenge). His version of « Always on my mind » was praised by Les Inrockuptibles for its moving simplicity. After winning a demo contest organized by Ancienne Belgique (Brussels) in 2005, other musicians joined for the sake of depth and intensity on stage: Teuk Henri (Sharko - guitar), Catherine De Biasio (Mièle - drums, backings) and Karel de Bondt (aka Charles Dibby - bass). They played at several places in Belgium (Ancienne Belgique, Escalier, Kinky Star..). The band's debut cd 'The Weeder Of Things' will be released in the spring of 2007. Read more on Last.fm.
