I) A French band formed in 1995 . Curtain is a French cold-wave band that released 2 LPs and 1 EP in the 2000s. Influenced by the Cure, Joy Division or Chameleons they are compared to post punk and gothic bands like Interpol, Little Nemo , Asylum Party . After a 15 year break, Curtain went back in 2021 for the 20th birthday of No Flowers by Request reissued in a Deluxe version by MusikÖeye label. The band's return is confirmed in 2022/23 with several gigs with notably Christian Death, Selofan or Kontravoid and new tracks released (A cold life / Obsession/ I can't say no) or performed live. Their new album Between us was released 17 March 2024 with Manic Depression Records. They recently shared the stage with iconic French bands Martin Dupont and Corpus Delicti in Paris (Le Trabendo) 25 May 2024.
