Gone Avery has accomplished many things during their recent debut into the rock scene. The band was formed in 2008 by Guitar and Vocalist Lee Hanacek and drummer-Jose Lopez. After parting ways with a previous band, the childhood friends discovered their common interest in alternative rock and landed their first show at The Mint in Hollywood. This debut show for the duo and their unique style sparked interest for many loyal fans and new ones.

After booking more shows and a full band demo in the works it became apparent that a third member was needed. Although many frustrations arose while searching for another member, childhood friend and Bassist-Andrew Cowan filled the void after attending a Gone Avery show.

Gone Avery has played many shows in the L.A and O.C. area looking to gain more fans and write music that affects people emotionally in all ways possible. They have a large fan base made up of a variety of ages. The band recalls moments when fans sing the words to their songs. "It's exciting to see how many people from different generations come to our shows and how many fans know our music," remarks the band. "This is why we love playing shows, and bringing new music to the listeners."
