This Luv Lyrics

Boo, do you mind if I take this seat right here?
'Cause you sittin' alone
If you sippin' on Cris, girl, I'm buyin', yeah
I heard you got a nigga, don't lie, ain't got to front for me
I'll give you these digits that you can call
You can hit me on my cell if I'm not home

Are you down to swingin' up with me
Or could it be blinded by all this ice you see?
I'm willing to give you all this love I got
But no relationships involved
Gotta keep it strictly physical
All this luv

All this luv waiting just for you
So don't pass it up,
'Cause you'll regret it, boo
And I'll be patiently waiting to hear from you
And girl, you gotta be the one, girl
You gotta be the one, yeah yeah yeah

See, I don't mind makin' house calls
If you wanna go blow for blow
Girl, whatever you down for I'm tryin'
It won't hurt him if he don't know, that's how it's got to be
I understand you got a nigga that lives at home
But I wanna be that cat that makes you moan

So are you down to swingin' up with me
Or could just be blinded by all this ice you see
I'm willing to give you all this luv I got
But no relationships involved
Gotta keep it strictly physical
All in luv

All this luv waiting just for you
So don't pass it up
'Cause you'll regret it, boo
And I'll be patiently waiting to hear from you
And girl, you gotta be the one, girl
You gotta be the one

All this luv waiting just for you
So don't pass it up
'Cause you'll regret it, boo
And I'll be patiently waiting to hear from you
And now you gonna be the one
You gonna be the one, oh yeah yeah yeah

Yeah, I'm here patiently waiting
'Cause there's so many things we could do
So many things we could share
But with no strings attached
Hehe, you like that?
You gonna be the one, girl, yeah yeah yeah

All this luv waiting just for you
So don't pass it up
'Cause you'll regret it, boo
And I'll be patiently waiting to hear from you
Are you gonna be the one to get it
'Cause you gonna be the one

All this luv waiting just for you
So don't pass it up
'Cause you'll regret it, boo
And I'll be patiently waiting to hear from you
And now you gonna be the one
You gonna be the one, yeah

All this luv waiting just for you
So don't pass it up
'Cause you'll regret it, boo

Donell Jones (born May 22, 1973) is an American R&B singer, songwriter and producer, most notable for the hits "U Know What's Up", "Where I Wanna Be" and his cover of Stevie Wonder's "Knocks Me Off My Feet".

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Jones' upbringing was rough. He struggled between wanting to be a musician and to be a member of a street gang. After a brush with death, Jones left the gang and focused on a music career forming the group Porscha. However, Jones was gaining notice as a writer penning songs for established R&B acts such as Usher, producing the singer's 1995 hit, "Think of You", 702's "Get It Together" and also wrote for groups such as Brownstone and Silk.

In 1996, he signed with LaFace Records and released his debut album, My Heart, which included his hit cover of Stevie Wonder's 1976 ballad "Knocks Me Off My Feet". It wasn't until 1999 however that Jones began to establish himself as a R&B hit maker with the album, Where I Wanna Be. The album yielded the number-one hits such as "U Know What's Up", which featured TLC member Lisa "Left-Eye" Lopes and the title track. Other hits included "Shorty (Got Her Eyes on Me)" and "This Luv".

In 2002, Jones released the gold-selling Life Goes On album, which featured the hits, "You Know That I Love You" and "Put Me Down" featuring Styles P.. Four years later, he released his fourth album, Journey of a Gemini, which featured the Tim & Bob hit, "I'm Gonna Be", which became a big hit on Urban AC. Jones is currently writing songs for Usher, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey on their upcoming albums. Read more on Last.fm.
