Under The Willow is a string band from Chicago, IL featuring the lead vocals of Erin Donovan (vocals, fiddle) and Hayley Skreens (vocals, mandolin, banjo, guitar). An original four piece rooted in traditional bluegrass instrumentation filled out by Patrick Donovan (guitar, banjo) and Joe Lenza (banjo, mandolin), Under the Willow uses socially conscious and thought provoking lyrics the band forges imaginatively original arrangements blending the sounds of Folk, Bluegrass, Newgrass, Jam Band, Rock, Reggae, Americana, with a twist of soul.
