The Beginning
Before her club music debut, XxPlicit was immersed in musical theater and classical music at a very early age. At age 5 she embarked on her formal training in both voice and acting at The Hartt School of Music in Connecticut where she continued training and acting until she was 17.
X. is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire with a BA in mass communication/media studies.
 

The XxPlicit Deal
In April 2010, X caught the attention of the executives of Triumphant Records / Crowd Control Music Group (CCMG), which led to a meeting, a record deal and a signed contract. Since then she has been in the studio with CCMG producers “The Git’-em boiz” selecting, collaborating on and polishing material specifically written for her debut album due out later this year.


The XxPlicit Sound
X takes her inspiration from a wide variety of influences and music from her childhood including Mariah Carey, Britney Spears and Madonna. She also draws from today’s Lady Gaga, Kesha and Cascada. To this she has added her own unique flavor that is best described as a Euro house sound merged with a touch of RnB. XxPlicits’ newest single “Ooie Baby” will have club speakers shakin’ with an irresistible sound.
