Voodoo Economics combines adventurous song structures with biting, often disconcerting lyrics, and rhythms that range from hectic junkyard breakbeats to odd-metered head-nodders. Produced by vocalist/multi-instrumentalist nosila, their 2009 sophomore release, Nighttime Sabbaticals, streamlines the sound begun on their 2006 EP and their 2007 album if : then :: iminami.
