Andrea start to play guitar, singing, composing music and lyrics at the age of 12. After a childhood of intensive listening to a lot of music and dancing.

Later he moved from guitar to the lute, studing renaissance and baroque music (with Jakob Lindberg in London and Andrea Damiani in Italy), few years later he start the parallel study of indian Sitar with the Maestro Gianni Ricchizzi (at "Saraswati House" - indian-music-centre near Assisi).

Since child he had a natural attitude to the celtic melodies, rytmics and gaelic circular tunes and atmosphere. In 1988 with 18 years he recorded his first Album "A profanation of Art" together with the musician and drummer Rino "Big shoes", Mystiqfystix a rebel, experimental Album rich of creative atmospherse of electro/acoustic guitars, vocals mixed with noises of the everyday-live recorded (streets, supermarket, celebration in churches, funerals, etc.) poetry, dark-folk-psychedelic influence, a visionary journey in which he put clear his intention to "Explore" beyond the way of the commercial musical panorama.

In '95 after some years of performing all around the country with different groups and ensambles (Spleen 4, Polygrafia, Trisonorien, etc.) collaborated with different artist in Dance, Drama, Early Music. He met magically the celtic harp in Armorica (Brittany) and few months later he shared the same stage in a festival in Italy with Alan Stivell, who personally gave to him big inputs to start his journey with the celtic harp and devote himself to the magical instrument of the Bards.
Just after that he moved to "Finistèrre" for living and studying the harp, first at the "Ecole Nationale de Musique de Brest" and than with other harpist in Brittany and Ireland, he learned the ancient techniques of the Clairseach (Gaelic Harp) and researching in breton and other celtic musical traditions, continous to arrange celtic tunes and compose his own tunes

In '98 while living at Cap Sizun (Brittany) he founded the band ELFIC CIRCLE a collective of musicians of different musical areas and genre (traditional, classical, progessive, rock, jazz, etno, trance, ambient), that always shared the same big dream one open and free vision for a new original sound that look the roots of the past to the future. With Elfic Circle he recorded the album "Fairylands" (pubblished in 2001 for Fairylands Records) and "A Journey To Other Lands" (recorded in 2003), more various compilation for Fairylands-Records, Magazines (Keltika, Celtica in 1998, 2000, 2001), collaboration with other artist like Paul Chain - Violet Teatre). In '98 he passed a long period of musical life in Ireland, playing in many clubs and pubs in Dublin (Temple Bar) and Dingle performing and collaborating with different irish folk-band and Artists. He continuous his studying of indian classical music, during long journeys in India, living in Varanasi, where he practiced the indian ragas with the Sitar, then with the Esraj (type of indian violin) and since 1999 also with his celtic harp instrument which open to him new exciting musical orizont for the practice and composition over the amazing universe of the north-indian classical Ragas.

During the years he performed in many festivals, clubs, pubs, theatres, happenings, etc. in Italy, France and Brittany, England, Germany, Spain and India all around the Atlantic Coast of Europe with ELFIC CIRCLE and as soloist with his celtic harps. In 2005 he started to use the celtic harp in workshops of music-therapy for people with psycho-physical disease creating a personal musical training of Harp-Therapy based on the three main musical streams used by the Ancient Bards (music of Joy, Sorrow and Sleep).

In 2006 he started to work for a book/cd "L'Arpa celtica del Sidhe" (The Celtic Harp of Sidhe), published in july 2007 (printed in Italy by StampaAlternativa/ Nuovi Equilibri) The book present the CD "Arpe del Sidhe" where is also friendly present with five tracks and a chapter about mythology of celtic harp the well none breton Bard and Harper Pioneer of the Celtic Harp Myrdhin (also playing in Afro-Celt-Sound-System by "Real World" of Peter Gabriel).

Andrea is actually active in concerts, as soloist and with ELFIC CIRCLE in different Ensambles, studio recording-work , collaboration with other bands and european musical project and artists. In july 2007 as collaborate in studio for the new CD "Caminos da fin da Tierra" of the galician celtic-folk band LUAR NA LUBRE presented in octobre 2007 (by Warner Spain) , and realize sountracks for archelogical documentary about the "Sea people" and new megalitic stone-circles discovered in Tuscia near Viterbo (Italy).

Actually he continuous an inner-musical research (from the past to the future) and practice with his Harps (the two Acoustic, Pilgrim Lowland Harp and Clairseach 26 Bronze strings of Michele Sangineto and the Blu-Electro Harp by Camac-France used with FX pedals) in the "Ocean" of musical traditions which he feel connected with his musical-spirit, during life time periods in celtic countries as Brittany, Ireland and Galicia and in italy (Umbria ,Toscany, Tuscia ) as well. He love putting his musical dream-creation in the way of a personal freedom in composing new Ballads and songs (in english, italian, breton and in personal sound-language) instrumental tunes, progressive-suite, trance-dance-atmosferes and others his message is based always on the sound beyond and against hypocrisy of politics of "terror and control" all form of false democracy and oppression, manipulation over the human beeing, always in favour for safeguard of the nature of our planet earth.
