Hostia – (groovy godless grindcore) – a Polish revelation in recent years that has taken the hearts of grindcore lovers by storm. Their motto is brutal and merciless blows, quick as transferring soaked priests to a new parish, and at the same time a rocking groove and sometimes catchy hooks hidden under a layer of noise. They have released one EP and three full albums, the last of which, "Nailed", was released in November 2022 by Deformeathing Productions. Producers of probably the best merch you will ever spend your money on.

Ich dewizą są brutalne i nie znające litości ciosy, szybkie jak przenoszenie umoczonych księży do nowej parafii, a jednocześnie bujający groove i momentami chwytliwe patenty ukrywane pod warstwą hałasu. Wydali jedną EP-kę oraz trzy pełne albumy, z czego ostatni „Nailed”, ukazał się w listopadzie 2022 nakładem Deformeathing Productions.
