Kaspars Dimiters (born May 1, 1957) is a Latvian singer-songwriter, composer, and poet from Rīga, Latvia who has been a major figure in popular culture for more than thirty years. His lyrics incorporates a wide range of political, social, philosophical, and literary influences.
