Chucklehead was a legendary Boston funk congolmerate. They played everywhere from Beantown to Colorado. In eight years, Chucklehead brought their own brand of funk to a new level of ridiculous fun; telling their audiences to undress in public, talk with their mouths full of food, be rude to goldfish, spank an Interior Minister, return "Scarface" to the video shop in the "Snow White" video case, and buy a whoopee cushion for everyone they've ever met.

They released three albums (two with Wonderdrug) before disbanding in 1997.

In 2013 the band briefly reunited for a handful of shows in Boston & NYC. At one show in 2014 they made their digital retrospective compilation "Back From The Head" available to attendees on a limited basis in the form of a thumb drive. Read more on Last.fm.
