Housewife is:

1) A Toronto-based indie rock/folk act founded by Brighid Fry and Pascale Padilla, formerly known as Moscow Apartment. Their self-titled debut was released in September 2017, followed by the Better Daughter EP in July 2020.

2) A rock band from Austin, TX formed in 2001. They have three releases: Stretch to Fit (LP-2003), The Malaise of Modern Living (EP-2004) and The Delicate Prey (LP-2005). Dissonant, melodic, literate music.
