Anima Hereticae is a melodic death metal band from Finland. Founded by Ville Rutanen, Taneli Jämsä and Teppo Ristola it features members of such bands as Red Moon Architect, Aeonian Sorrow, Lost In Grey & Frosttide.

Bands music explores the beautify and ruthlessness of the Northern nature and it’s mystic and occultist nature.
