There are at least two bands with this name:

1) Hardcore punk band from Borås, Sweden. Formed in 1984, characterized by their misanthropic, dystopian lyrics and equally dark, proto-death metal soundscape, as far as the public is concerned they recorded three untitled demo tapes during the eighties; I (1986), II (1987) and III (1989). After they split up, Alf Svensson joined Grotesque and later formed ambient black/thrash metal act At the Gates with Grotesque vocalist Tompa Lindberg. Pedda went on to play in Vrävarna. Alf Svensson left At the Gates in '93 as he was opposed to the "easy listening" thrash/death metal direction he felt the band was heading. Oral reformed temporarily in 1993 for the recording of their only EP called "Slagen i Blod" (recording took place while his then-main band At the Gates recorded With Fear I Kiss the Burning Darkness LP in Studio Fredman, in between sessions and on down time) which was released 1994 on Alf's own label Fairytale Records and immidately reached cult status. Two songs (Hatets Sång and Livets Låga) appeared on Ägg Tapes & Records contemporary underground punk compilation CD Äggröran in 1995. There were also in talk about recording tracks for a split 7" with the classic Swedish crustcore act Rajoitus, but Oral split up again.
