About SOULFUL ABSTRACTION
"Music has been my woman for a long time", explains Soulful Abstractions' producer/songwriter; Greg Dunnigan,Sr. Rooted in the Motown Sound, Greg always dreamed of becoming a songwriter just like Stevie Wonder and Smokey Robinson. As a child, he was interested in music at the early age of 8. Receiving his first drum kit at the age of 11, Greg was well on his way into becoming a musician.

Influenced by James Brown, Sly Stone, George Clinton, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Greg develop his craft and started studying music law and music theory at the local Detroit Libraries.

One night at a Music Industry Showcase, Greg meet this long-haired beauty; Percillia Rich (A music major of Madonna University) whom brought the technical skills and they form the group: Soulful Abstraction.

Warning: Soulful Abstraction is not just the name of our group, it's also our unique sound, a sound that has dynamics. Soulful: Expressing Emotion and Abstraction: Creation in Art.

Soulful Abstraction Lastest CD album release: Abstract Dreams. Dance, rhythm and soul music that will surely delight music lovers of young and old.
