With brilliant vocals and a bad girl look, LeeLee was born and destined to sing. This native Virginian came into this world on February 12, 1989. She began to flourish while singing in church as a youngster, commanding the attention of the choir director who saw infinite potential in her vocal skills. She was soon asked to join the worship team and began traveling nationwide expanding abroad to Mexico, where she even helped build an orphanage. Her purpose and early life’s work was to encourage and embrace the younger generation. As LeeLee approached her high school years, she cultivated and illuminated, to her then audience, the desire to sing. She auditioned for the top performing arts academy in Las Vegas, Nevada, which produced such talent as pop artist Ne-Yo, and Rutina Wesley (Tara from HBO’s True Blood), amongst other A and B list celebrities. Needless to say, LeeLee was quickly accepted and embraced the top notch of the talent pool. After her first year of attending Las Vegas Academy, LeeLee’s hard work and dedication awarded her a prime position of the academy’s top choir. LeeLee aspired for much more. She then joined the dance team, which awarded her the opportunity to travel along the East Coast. LeeLee received her first milestone break into the music industry after being invited to record vocals for Baby Bash where she met producer, Jimmy Klev (Mya, Baby Bash, Kandi Burruss (RHOA/Xscape), T-Boz Watkins of TLC, Dirt Nasty). After recording with Klev, it was evident that the two were a force to be reckoned with. Signing her to his production company, El Mariachis, Klev took her under his wing to develop and produce her. As anticipated, LeeLee poured her heart and soul into doing what she loves most; music, while inspiring others to journey into their passions. Ladies and gentlemen, introducing LeeLee!
