TP2 started out as an inside joke between a circle of friends in Kaustinen, Finland. The band was formed in Kaustinen College of music in 2004 as a collaboration of three friends and their morbid sense of humor. The same year these youngsters recorded a self-titled EP featuring four tracks. The lyrics are insultive and riddled with depraved inside humor. The music is a multitude of genres. You can find eurodance, neoclassic metal, funk, adult pop, 70s rock, progressive rock, rap, nu-metal - the list goes on and on.

The following year, the band grew by one member and the group entered studio once again. This time TP2 recorded a full-length release and after that, the status of the band changed to inactive. This occured because of the lack of free time: other activities, such as studies in different cities, other band connections etc. Their first live performance was at New Year's Eve Party '07 at Kaustinen.
