Legend of funk and rnb James Brown collaborated with Hip-hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa in 1984 to create a release titled "Unity". With socially conscious lyrics mixed with funky beats and more, the song and related six-part 12'' record, the best known section being " Unity Part 1 (the Third Coming)", have received critical acclaim.
