Demien Sixx, is a producer of Electro, Techno & Dubstep living in New York City. From 2004 to 2007, Demien began producing an experimental blend of styles including techno, acid and drum & bass music, all very melodic and progressive, which he later included in his first album Audible Poison. Despite the album being a compilation of raw productions, it offered a good first step into polishing his production skills and allowing him to understand the depth of complexity & dedication needed to develop proper Electronic Dance Music. Unable to market the album right away, Demien Sixx finally released the album in 2011, and, at that time, he quickly adopted a highly professional work ethic to begin the production of his 2nd album and reignite his career. During the Summer of 2011, Demien produced 5 songs, and in October 2011, he released his first new song, Zombie Infection, which was very well received by the Soundcloud community, especially in the United Kingdom & South America. Fueled by the good reception of his work, Demien Sixx proceeded to complete 3 more horror-themed songs, including The Vampire's Prayer, Bath Salts and Rage in Zombieland. In September 2012, Demien Sixx released his 2nd album, called Rage in Zombieland containing songs that range from traditional electro to highly dubstep influenced and electro-house themes.
During the last year, Demien Sixx has racked up an impressive list of accomplishments. In that short time, Demien has been able to establish a great number of connections on Twitter (@DemienSixx) and Facebook, and has used these methods to establish good relationships with his fans, by communicating daily with them, giving free samples of his music, and helping fellow DJ’s and Producers Worldwide to continue following their dreams. Demien Sixx's fan base has enabled him to achieve a high number of plays per month for each of his songs on Soundcloud (http://Soundcloud.com/DemienSixx) and to maintain a daily presence on Facebook.
Demien has been featured in websites, such as ATXTrance.com, MusicLikeNeverBefore.com, Pruvology.com and several Electronic Music blogs. His music has also been featured in various popular mixes, such as “This Thing of Ours, Dubstep Volume 1” and Chuck Foster’s “Electro-Shock Orgasm.” Additionally, his music and interviews have been featured in several online radio shows, including "The Electro Show Podcast", "Blood Bourne Radio", "SeanMusicTV.com" and "On Air with Andrew K".
Unlike many artists, who take a break between productions, Demien Sixx has already announced that he has started working on Album 3, and that he is particularly happy with the new artists he will be collaborating with; including Elle A, Frank Murray and Shimon Tetro.
