Nipper is a three man neurotic hodge podge of eclectic sounds and improvised whimsy, fashioned with an old rope made out of Yucca fibers and strengthened with walnut oil. The band members are Bira, Ali , and Jason. Three California based Artists and Musicians. Their self titled album Nipper would sell hundreds of millions of copies if it were for sale, and immensely popular.
