Noggin is an experimental/noise duo from Seattle consisting of Michael Griffen and Eric Ostrowski. Eric is the younger guy in the picture.

Michael played violin with celebrated mid 1990s Olympia hardcore band Behead the Prophet No Lord Shall Live.

Eric, also known as King Frog, has been found most recently in the Seattle shrillwave combo WaMü.
