Mike Powell began creating music at the tender age of 7 back in 1993 and recorded his first albums in 1998. He has played in several bands with varying degrees of success, and in 2010 released his debut single "Behind The Wheel" which reached the lower parts of the alternative charts with its black and white promo video and the single getting brief attention on commercial radio.

In January 2011 he released an EP "Colour & Number" under the alias, Night Operations, and did low-key gigs to promote. Since then he has been finishing his debut full-length album "Wired" which is to be released on Prescribed Records in October 2011 which will include his new song "Dancefloor" which is enjoying airplay on UK radio at the moment.
