This is a mistake made by Amazon which spelled the name wrong in their online-shop and forgot the "The" in front of Berndt.
Torrents made on the same misspelled copy quickly spread online.

Continue to download or purchase the music and redistribute it in any way you want, we're just glad you spread the word. But do it right and rename your files to the real name, "The Berndt".
