The smoky vibe of trip-hop and the slow tempo beats of downtempo make the blend of the influences of Tara Code's members: Andrea May (vocals) and Gilberto Monte (guitarist and producer), counting upon Tiago Aziz (bass) and DJ Môpa (Pragatecno Nucleus) for live performances, on such a way to develop an hypnotic "live act" with shades of modern poetry, proving it's possible to import the darkish ambient of Bristol to the everlasting heat of Salvador.

Their performances are always rounded by a mystical and introspective atmosphere. The atmosphere, by the way, is one of their main characteristics.
