Up and coming Latin American Hip-Hop artist Mo Stylez, born Moises Castillo, was born and raised in a little city in Southern California called Somis. As a little boy Mo Stylez knew he wanted to rap but didn't start pursuing it as an artist until 2006. Knowing he wanted to help provide for his family he started working in the automotive industry where he eventually became a manager. In adjacent to working in the car business he was rapping and shooting music videos to start making a name for himself. Seeing that the rap industry is moving quicker and quicker every year due to easy accessibility, Mo started mixing, mastering, and recording his own music. After a lot of hard work and saving, in 2011 Mo Stylez opened up his own studio under his label MSM (Making Success Musically) Records, where he gets clients regularly to mix, master and record there records. While engineering for others some might say he was “cooking in the kitchen” working on his first debut album SimpliCity that went Hot album of the week on datt piff after only a few days. Mo gives much thanks to his small but loyal team of friends for helping with the album. Much thanks goes to MSM producer Blackbox for producing most of the album. All of Mo Stylez hard work has granted him personally meetings with people like Ryan Leslie,who told him he's putting out good work. Since the release of SimpliCity many doors have opened up for Mo Stylez with calls from bigger record labels and features from other up and coming names in Hip-Hop.
