Kilian Horvath & Ramon Rocchinotti are two musicfreaks grown up in the same town of Switzerland.
With the same passion for music they know each other since the childhood and played various instruments in different bands or orchestras.

Around 1996, in the middle of the digital revolution, they thought its time for a mission and started organising parties to play there as a dj-couple. Now, more then 10 years later, Ramon & Kilian proudly owns their own music company Traktor Schalllabor GmbH.
Numerous singles, remixes and 3 albums push them into the top league of electronic music producers. By now following Projects belong to these guys : XV Kilist & Rocco / Lounge Control / Kilophil / Mehl / Uwe B. / Fiasko System & Rough Cuts.
Meanwhile the project “Lounge Control” got exclusively signed to BigCityBeats, Germany. Beside they work with other international music groups & labels like : ZAP Music, Tribal Tribe, JFK Studios, Flow, P.O.R.N., Spiral Trax etc.

As DJs or with Live Acts Kilian & Ramon played many gigs around the whole world, at big festivals and small clubs, indoor or outdoor.

Apart from the whole electronic music world kilian & ramon are still working for other friends in different bands and groups like Fisher Inc., One Spirit or Los Suissos.

Traktor Schalllabor is a five year old music label/studio based in the hub of the progressive-trance sound - Switzerland (Bremgarten AG).
This label was founded upon Switzerland..s strong progressive dance movement and in future will showcase the unique and innovative techno/trance cross-over sound which has recently become familiar on the dancefloors of the world.

Traktor Schalllabor GmbH is founded by 2 experienced and talented artists - XV Kilist and Rocco. After 4 years of djing the circuit together, they formed a music company with the idea of establishing a Swiss-based record label.
Kilian Horvath and Ramon Rocchinotti have also built a production studio; Traktor Studios which has created all the sounds and projects of XV Kilist & Rocco such as Lounge Control, Mehl, Kilophil, Uwe B. etc.

In addition Traktor Schalllabor GmbH is working together with the labelgroup ZAP Music Switzerland including various sublabels like Gonso, Tribal Tribe, Modest and many more.
The friendship with David Steel & DM Free (Electrosoul), formers of the JFK Studios, Switzerland was important to create the right circumstances to continue the plan of Ramon & Kilian.
Over the years Traktor..s placed right next to Kumquat Tunes & Interzone Records and has a very good national contact with those labels.
Anti from Spiral Trax (Int. / ACDC), Sweden was the international partner for a long time, we regret his liquidation. He..s the one who released the XV Kilist albums and first discovered and trusted that whole new project in its earlier days. Now Traktor has a good connection to BigCityBeats in Germany through the exclusive license of the project "Lounge Control"

The opening release was the one of kilian himself : XV Kilist. A full on trancey start with the first 12 vinyl made in switzerland, distributed by Traktor itself.
Meanwhile Traktor Schalllabor got distributed by Music Mail in Germany and released numerous 12 vinyls and 2 CD-Compilations. In January 2007 Kilian & Ramon proudly presents their first album on their music label.
By now, many famous musicians released their tracks on Traktor Schalllabor. XV Kilist vs Rocco / Lounge Control, Paste, Smith, Micro Dot, insaneCreation, Sven Snug, V-Tunes and more helped that label to establish itself pretty well in the progressive electronic music scene.

The musical direction of Traktor has found itself within the new energy that the techno/trance cross-over sound produces. Expect only strong and timeless releases from this label, as careful attention is paid to production / mastering while maintaining fresh and innovative new sounds. Traktor Schalllabor is an endless turning platform for transformating music.
